How It All Began
Founder and master artist Blue Mason didn’t take the traditional route into tattooing. Formerly a marketing consultant and financial advisor, Blue bought his first tattoo studio in 2007 after the housing crisis upended his career. That pivot wasn’t just professional: it was spiritual.
After witnessing both the beauty and the pitfalls of the industry, Blue committed himself to mastering the craft. He studied under artists across the globe, refined his technique, and envisioned a new kind of studio: one that blended elite artistry with an elevated, client-centered experience. Apollo is the result: a studio built from the ground up to feel more like a sacred creative space than a typical tattoo shop.
