About the Circular Barbell. A circular (horseshoe) barbell keeps two removable ends on an open ring — versatile across septum, nipple and ear placements. This circular barbells carries the BVLA family code 42-1838 and is hand-finished to order in 14k Rose Gold, 14k White Gold, 14k Yellow Gold and 18k Rose Gold (+3 more) — 7 metals in all and offered in 18GA 3/8in–12GA 3/4in.
Set it with your choice of 30 stone options — [150], [18], [25], [32] and [F] (+25 more). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
